Wrights Flour

Wrights Flour, operated by G R Wright & Sons Ltd, is a family business founded in 1867 by George Reynolds Wright. It has been passed down through six generations. The company operates a state-of-the-art milling facility in Harlow, a specialist mill in Ponders End, and a blending and packing facility in Enfield. It supplies a complete range of flours and baking mixes to various businesses, from industrial manufacturers to artisan bakers, and deals with major UK retailers and wholesalers.

In 1867, George Reynolds Wright came to Enfield and entered into partnership with James Dilly Young, the miller of Ponders End Mill. The business has remained family-owned for six generations. In 2020, the company completed four years of efforts to construct a modern milling facility, and in 2021 opened a state-of-the-art flour milling site in Harlow. The company also operates a specialist flour mill in Ponders End and a blending and packing facility at Delta Park, Enfield, which opened in 2014.

  Full range of retail Bread Mixes which have everything in the pack - so just add water for delicious high-quality bread made by hand or in a bread machine.
