In 1973, Harry Vogels developed the world's first speaker wall mount, the BEK 100, leading to the founding of Vogel's. In 1978, the first TV wall mount was introduced. In the 1990s, a ceiling mount for televisions was introduced, which became a commercial success in hospitals. The company's headquarters are in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
