History
Uniho was founded in 1969 as a service center of Mugiwa Construction Co., Ltd. In 1972, Uniho Co., Ltd. was established with capital of 10 million yen, starting operations in Issha, Meito-ku, Nagoya. The company expanded its capital and business areas over the years, opening sales offices in Tokyo, Osaka, and other regions. It developed its original brand 'Uniure' and launched the first condominium under this brand in 1974. In 2004, a share transfer established the parent company ZEN Holdings Co., Ltd.
