TVRI is Indonesia's national public television network, established in 1962, making it the oldest television station in the country. It provides nationwide news, educational, and cultural programs, covering all of Indonesia.

TVR Internațional is the overseas channel of Televiziunea Română, Romania's government-funded television network. Known in abbreviated form as TVRi, it was established to make Romanian public television available to audiences outside the country, particularly Romanian citizens and diaspora communities. The channel's documented service is international in scope and has been distributed across Europe, Canada, and the United States, with later or additional carriage in Australia, New Zealand, Israel, and Portugal.
