The company was established in 1985 as Chikuma Management Service Co., Ltd. In 1997, it changed its name to Starts Amenity. It expanded its business to various regions in Japan, opening offices in Sapporo, Sendai, Osaka, and Fukuoka in 1995. It entered the condominium management business in 1995, and the hourly parking lot business in 1998. In 2000, it began PM (property management) consignment services. In 2001, it established a 24-hour call center 'Access Center'. In 2004, it started renovation business and a cleaning service 'Osouji Mahou Bin'. In 2006, it started a life support service 'Sumai Assist'. In 2008, it launched 'Reassist' for rental housing exit inspections and 'Assist Rent' for guarantor agency system. In 2022, it released 'Resident App' and 'Owner App'. In 2023, it released 'Navi Park App'.
