Stakhanov Ferroalloy Plant is a Ukrainian industrial facility producing ferroalloys, principally ferrosilicon, ferromanganese and ferrosilicon manganese. History
The origins of Stakhanov Ferroalloy Plant date to a 1952 decision to begin construction of a major ferroalloy facility in the city then known as Stakhanov. Construction was carried out from 1959 to 1962. The completed plant was equipped with eight ferroalloy furnaces, each described as having a capacity of about 2,000 tonnes per month.
