History
RealAI was established in July 2018, initiated by the Institute for Artificial Intelligence of Tsinghua University. In 2021, it completed an A-round financing of over 300 million RMB. In 2022, it was recognized as a national-level 'little giant' enterprise. In 2023, it initiated the establishment of Shengshu Technology, a multimodal large model company.
