Prime Group Holdings LLC was founded by Robert J. Moser. In 2013, Prime Group Holdings was funded with proceeds from the sale of MHC/RV properties and moved into its headquarters office in Saratoga Springs, New York. Since 2015, the company has sponsored four investment funds representing over $3.75 billion in capital commitments. Key milestones include the launch of Prime Storage Fund I in 2015, Prime Storage Fund II in 2017, and Prime Storage Fund III in 2021. In 2020, Prime Group AUM reached over $3 billion, with assets in 25 states and 1 U.S. Territory. In 2022, Prime Group opened its second corporate office in Jupiter, Florida. In 2023, Prime Group acquired its first storage property in Canada. In 2024, Prime Group's asset-level AUM surpassed $6 billion, with assets in 28 states, 1 U.S. territory, and 3 Canadian provinces.
