Preset is an enterprise SaaS powered by Apache Superset, providing cloud-hosted, managed cloud, on-prem, or embedded analytics solutions. It offers an intuitive drag-and-drop interface and a SQL IDE for ad-hoc queries, with a dataset-centric approach for fast dashboard creation. Preset aims to be cost-effective with no vendor lock-in, allowing migration to open-source Apache Superset.

Preset is an enterprise SaaS powered by Apache Superset. Superset, the open-source project underpinning Preset, started as a hackathon project at Airbnb in the summer of 2015. Superset was established as a full-fledged open-source project, incubating with the Apache Software Foundation, in 2016. Max Beauchemin is the original creator of Apache Superset and Apache Airflow. Preset was created to give Superset a commercial push and funding to take it to the next level.
