Its principal development is the PIK2 township, located in Kosambi and Teluknaga districts of Tangerang Regency, Banten, covering approximately 1,064.82 hectares in its first phase. The company is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange under the ticker PANI. The company began its history in Tangerang in September 2000 as PT Pratama Abadi Nusa Industri. In March 2001 it started manufacturing cans. In December 2017 it acquired PT Windublambangan Sejati, which processed shrimp and octopus and operated cold storage in Banyuwangi. In September 2018 the company was officially listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In October 2021, through PT Multi Artha Pratama, PT Agung Sedayu and PT Tunas Mekar Jaya (Salim Group) acquired 80% of the company's shares. PANI then changed its business from canning to property through a backdoor listing scheme. In August 2022 it acquired 51% of PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses, the developer of the PIK2 area. PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses then acquired 51% of PT Mega Andalan Sukses and PT Cahaya Gemilang Indah Cemerlang, which would develop several properties in the PIK2 area. The company then stopped producing cans to focus on managing its subsidiaries' businesses. It also cooperated with Malaysia's Matrix Concept Holdings to build a 23.5-hectare Islamic Financial Center in PIK2 CBD. In 2023 the company divested PT Windublambangan Sejati. Also in 2023, it changed its name to the current one and moved its head office to North Jakarta. PIK2's facilities span residential, commercial, tourism, shopping, and religious categories. Residential offerings include Manhattan, San Antonio, Bukit Danau Indah, Pantai Bukit Nirmala, Permata Golf, Osaka Residences, and Tokyo Riverside Apartment. This marked a shift from the previous cooperation between Pantai Indah Kapuk and PT DAMRI. Besides shuttle buses using Royaltrans Transjakarta buses, there are also routes using TREX (Transit Express) buses plus double-decker tourist buses from Transjakarta. Shuttle routes served by Royaltrans Transjakarta include Route 1: Shelter PIK 2 (Shibuya) – PIK Avenue via NICE; Route 2: PIK Millennials (Cluster Florida) – PIK Avenue; Route 3: Tokyo Riverside Apartment – PIK Avenue. Shareholding structure as of 27 February 2026 shows highly concentrated ownership in one controlling shareholder, with several other shareholders through offshore entities. Four corporate shareholders are registered in offshore jurisdictions, namely the Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands. These entities collectively control about 8.85% of PANI shares. If ownership from these offshore entities is not considered part of a truly independent free float, PANI's effective free float is estimated at only about 7.
