Olymp BPO is a business process outsourcing company based in Prishtina, Kosovo. Founded in 2018, it provides dedicated customer support, back-office, and technical teams for international businesses. The company was founded by Jeton Aliu, who started as a call center agent and spent approximately eight years in the outsourcing industry before founding OLYMP.

Olymp BPO was founded in 2018. The company started with two people and its first service was a partnership with one of the largest live chat support companies in the United States. In 2020, during the pandemic, OLYMP expanded into back-office operations and technical services. The company has evolved from a small operation into a provider supporting complex, enterprise-level requirements.
