Nissin Ion Equipment Co., Ltd. is a company headquartered in Kyoto, Japan, established on April 1, 1999. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Nissin Electric Co., Ltd. The company develops, designs, manufactures, sells, and maintains semiconductor manufacturing equipment and flat panel display manufacturing equipment. It provides ion implantation equipment and related services globally.

The company was established on April 1, 1999, taking over manufacturing operations from Nissin Electric Co., Ltd. Its history traces back to 1973 when Nissin Electric entered a technical partnership with HVEE, and production of ion implantation equipment began in 1974. Over the years, the company developed various ion implantation systems, including for semiconductors and flat panel displays. In 2001, it established a joint venture in Taiwan and opened a representative office in Shanghai. In 2002, it established subsidiaries in Korea and China, and a branch in Singapore. In 2005, it opened the Shiga facility and plasma technology development center. In 2010, it established a wholly owned subsidiary in the USA. In 2011, it established a production subsidiary in China and developed world-first ion implantation equipment for 5.5th and 6th generation substrates.
