History
The company was founded in August 1955 as an individual business in Nihonbashi-Kakigaracho, Chuo-ku, Tokyo. In July 1956, it was incorporated as Kabushiki Kaisha Nichibei Packing Seisakusho, starting the manufacture and sale of various industrial packings. In December 1987, the company changed its name to Kabushiki Kaisha Nichibei Parts. It established overseas subsidiaries in Singapore (1987), Malaysia (1991), and China (2006).
