Moja Coffee

Moja Coffee is a coffee roaster and cafe operator based in North Vancouver, British Columbia. It was founded in 2004 by Doug Finley and Andrew Wentzel. The company roasts small batches of coffee using a handmade Joper roaster and offers primarily single-origin coffee, along with selective blends for espressos. It operates cafes at its headquarters on Rupert Street and on Commercial Drive, and sells coffee online across Canada.

Moja Coffee was founded in the basement of a home in North Vancouver by Doug Finley and Andrew Wentzel. The company was named in spring 2004, taking the Swahili word for 'one'. Its first location was near Capilano Mall in North Vancouver, where operations began in April 2004. In spring 2008, it moved to its current facility on Rupert Street, opening its first cafe there. Later, it expanded with a second cafe on Commercial Drive.
