Lifting Technologies is a Montana-based manufacturer of crane-suspended and forklift man baskets and material platforms. Founded in 1987, the company was the first to produce an OSHA-compliant man basket. They specialize in crane-suspended personnel platforms, forklift mounted personnel platforms, and material platforms, with custom, engineer-certified, and OSHA-compliant designs. Their products are used worldwide and have been used in OSHA compliance training programs.

Lifting Technologies was founded in 1987 to provide a product to safely lift personnel with a crane. OSHA had recently passed new rules about man baskets and Lifting Technologies was the first on the scene with an OSHA-compliant man basket. Forklift-mounted man baskets followed a few years later along with the development of the Quick Claw attachment. In 1992, the company built and sold its first material-only platform. Since then, LT has built thousands of platforms and sold them worldwide.
