Les Fournils de France is a French bakery chain that originated from the Parisian concept 'Le Fournil de Paris'. It was founded in 1986 by Brigitte and Gérard Chaudemanche. The brand operates in France and has an establishment in Slovakia. It offers viennoiseries, pastries, sandwiches, and dishes.

Les Fournils de France is the national emanation of the Parisian concept 'Le Fournil de Paris'. In 1984, Gérard Chaudemanche, after installing over 350 bakery ovens in France, wanted to get closer to consumers with a point-of-sale concept offering hot quality products at any hour. In 1986, Brigitte and Gérard Chaudemanche opened the first 'Le Fournil de Paris' on Boulevard Davout in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. After the success of the first outlet, they opened new shops in Paris and the nearby suburbs, totaling 10 stores. Their son Gaylor Chaudemanche and his wife Aurore later took over the family business, aiming to develop a franchise network. In 2013, the first partner store opened in Grasse, followed by Paris, Toulouse, La Roche-sur-Yon, Saint-Quentin, Chalon-sur-Saône, and Lyon. In 2021, the brand launched multi-franchise and export.
