KW Plastics

KW Plastics is the world's largest plastics recycler and supplier of HDPE and PP recycled resins. Headquartered in Troy, Alabama, the company has built a reputation on a pioneering spirit for developing new markets and technologies to meet tomorrow's plastic recycling demands. KW Plastics was established in 1981. Owners Kenny Campbell and Wiley Sanders began processing used automotive battery casings into polypropylene (PP) resin. In 1986, a new plastic recycling plant opened in Bakersfield, California. In the late 1980s, KW Plastics worked with several west coast manufacturers to meet their injection molding needs, becoming the first end-to-end plastic recycling plant in the industry.
