Overview
Jasper Hill Farm is a Vermont-based operation that produces cheese from its own milk. It operates two creameries and a 22,000 square-foot underground cave-aging system called The Cellars at Jasper Hill. The company offers cheeses, curated collections, and a Cheese Club subscription.
History
Jasper Hill began when brothers Andy and Mateo, along with their wives, Victoria and Angie, pooled their life savings and bought a rocky hillside farm in Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. They built a creamery and a cave aging space beneath for cultivating natural rinds. It took about 5 years of building structure.
