Hugo Beck

Hugo Beck is a company founded in 1955 by Hugo Beck. It is a globally leading specialist for fully automatic horizontal film packaging machines, flowpack and paper packaging machines, and automation solutions in the performance range of 3,000 to 18,000 cycles per hour. The company offers comprehensive machine solutions for primary and secondary packaging as flowpack, bag, or shrink packaging using all types of film, independent of manufacturer. Hugo Beck also provides paper packaging solutions and automation solutions including robots and portals.

Hugo Beck was founded in 1955 by Hugo Beck as a mechanical workshop for turned parts. In 1962, the first film packaging machines and special solutions were developed, and the first production hall was built in the Dettingen industrial area. The first series machine, the SPK 25 compact shrink packaging machine, conquered the bakery sector. In 1969, Hugo Beck participated for the first time in the interpack trade fair, marking its entry into the packaging industry. In 1976, the first horizontal tubular bag machine was developed and manufactured.
