Hosei Brake Industry Co., Ltd. was established in 1968. In 2002, it joined the Aisin Group. In 2004, it established a joint venture in Fujian, China, and in 2013, it established HOSEI BRAKE (THAILAND) CO.,LTD. In 2018, it established AH Brake Co., Ltd., and merged with it in 2022.
