H&S Energy Group, founded in 1996 under the leadership of Sal Hassan, has grown to become a major retail gasoline and convenience store retailer throughout the western United States. Headquartered in Orange, California, the company operates over 250 locations under brands including Chevron, 76, Texaco, Shell, Extra Mile, and its own Power Market and Pinnacle 365 by Power Market. It also offers fuel logistics through Arrow Logistics and has partnered with ChargePoint for EV charging.

H&S Energy began its journey in 1996 with the leadership of Sal Hassan, who was then joined by Victor Hassan. The company built its first station in Cypress, CA. Since then, it has built and acquired a number of stores under brands such as Chevron, 76, Texaco, Shell, and Extra Mile, as well as its own brands Power Market and Pinnacle 365 by Power Market. Currently headquartered in Orange, California, it operates at over 250+ locations throughout the western United States.
