Generi Biotech

Generi Biotech is a Czech company established in 1995, originally as a facility for production of oligonucleotides. It has since focused on the development and production of in vitro diagnostics, with products including IVD kits, PCR reagents, and oligonucleotides. The company has achieved IVDR certification for its IVD products.

Generi Biotech was established in 1995, originally as a facility for production of oligonucleotides. The company began with one employee, the founder, and gradually expanded. In the last decade, it has fully focused on the development and production of in vitro diagnostics. A turning point was the move to a newly reconstructed building, with complete reconstruction carried out in 2021–2024. In 2023, the company successfully accomplished IVDR certification (TÜV SÜD) for its in vitro diagnostics products according to Regulation EU 2017/746.
