GB Global is a property valuation firm based in Singapore, founded in 2011 by Yick Keng Hang. The company specializes in real estate valuation and offers services such as valuation advisory, mortgage financing, statutory valuation, and more. GB Global was founded in 2011 by Mr Yick Keng Hang. Mr Yick started out as a valuer with CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) in the early 1980s. He was with Overseas Union Bank from 1982 to 1992, capping off his career with his appointment as the Chief Valuer. Between 1994 to 2010, he was a Valuation Director with four international and local property consultancies. The entrepreneurial calling to start his own company led him to start GB Global in 2011. Since then, GB Global has achieved many milestones, including being appointed to bank panels as accredited valuers and being appointed by government statutory boards.
