Esti Chem A/S is a Danish manufacturer of specialty chemicals and formulation ingredients, founded in 1988. The company offers a wide range of chemistries including ester-based solvents, surfactants, hydrotropes, and defoamers, and provides formulation technology and customer development services. It is part of the family-owned Diersch & Schröder Group based in Bremen, Germany.

Esti Chem A/S was founded on 2 March 1988 by Thomas Mathiesen and Jan Vinther Jensen, with two partners. In 1991, it became part of Haltermann AG in Hamburg. Since 2006, it has been jointly owned by Additiv-Chemie Luers GmbH and Thomas Mathiasen, and today it is part of the family-owned Diersch & Schröder Group based in Bremen, Germany.
