Emerge is a home grown company established in 2021 with vast experience in the Middle East. It benefits from the global renewable energy expertise of both Masdar & EDF power solutions. Emerge accelerates the energy transition by supporting commercial and industrial (C&I) businesses in achieving their sustainability goals. It utilizes its expertise in distributed solar and financial capabilities to provide its partners with clean energy at affordable prices contributing towards a net zero future.

Emerge was established in 2021. In 2022, it inaugurated its first project, Abu Dhabi International airport solar carpark 3MWp. In 2023, it inaugurated Warner Bros. project, Abu Dhabi largest rooftop solar project 7MWp. In 2024, it secured landmark 60 MWp solar project with SNOC. In 2025, it signed strategic 110 MWp multi-site program with UAE Ministry of Defense. In 2026, it scaled portfolio beyond 300 MW across UAE & KSA.
