Delavergne shipyard

Chantier Delavergne is a French shipyard specializing in aluminum construction. With over 30 years of experience, it studies, designs, and builds professional vessels up to 40 meters. The shipyard also offers after-sales service, repairs, and refitting. It was created in 1983 by Patrick Delavergne and taken over in 2021 by Jean-Marie Coudé with Franck Delavergne.

In 1983, Patrick Delavergne created the company in an old forge in Avrillé, 25 km from Les Sables d'Olonne. The first works were aluminum wheelhouses and equipment for mussel farmers. In 1990, the shipyard moved to a larger workshop where the first boat, a 16m aluminum catamaran for mussel farming, was built. In 2021, Jean-Marie Coudé took over the shipyard with Franck Delavergne. They strengthened the teams and gave new momentum. The shipyard produces vessels with various hull shapes and builds units up to 45m, as well as series boats from 3 to 8.50m. It also opened a new site in Bouguenais (44) for series vessels under 12m.
