Clay Lacy Aviation is a private aviation company founded in 1968 by aviator Clay Lacy. It offers aircraft management, charter, maintenance, and FBO services. The company claims to be the world's most experienced operator of private jets and has been trusted by world leaders since 1968.

Clay Lacy Aviation was founded in 1968 by Clay Lacy as the first jet charter company west of the Mississippi. In 1981, the world's first all-jet FBO opened at Clay Lacy Aviation's Van Nuys Airport headquarters. In 1998, the first Gulfstream GV available for charter in the U.S. was introduced, and in 1999, the first Boeing Business Jet (BBJ) for charter in the U.S. was introduced. In 2001, the managed fleet increased to 30 aircraft. In 2002, the company expanded to Seattle with a full-service FBO and jet center at Boeing Field.
