Founded on June 24, 1971, by James and Linda Venner, the company is based in Wadsworth, Ohio. It is now 100% employee-owned through an ESOP and serves commercial and industrial companies in markets including aerospace, construction, filtration, irrigation, marine, material handling, medical, on/off-road vehicles, rail, and water treatment.
