History
The company was founded in 1971 by Bruno Tilz together with his wife Emmi Tilz. In 1977, son-in-law Bruno Denny joined for production and customer consulting; in 1978, daughter Sonja Denny joined for office and personnel. In 1995, Sonja Denny took over the company. In 2003, granddaughter Alexandra Kaluza joined for office work; in 2004, granddaughter Yvonne Denny joined for production. In 2005, Bruno Denny passed away and Bruno Tilz returned to support the company. In 2006, Yvonne Denny became plant manager. In 2017, Yvonne Denny took over customer consultations. In 2018, Bruno Tilz passed away. In 2022, Yvonne Denny took over the company.
