Atlas Bolt & Supply, also known as Atlas Bolt, is a local, Vietnam-Veteran owned and operated company that has served the Chattanooga area for over 50 years. It offers a vast selection of fasteners, hand and power tools, fall and safety protection, and the innovative Wonder Boot. The company began on April 1, 1969, under Al Walker and Barry Underwood. Vietnam Veteran Charles Stansell joined in 1976, became manager, and purchased the business in 1998. The company remained at its original location on 615 East Main Street until 2016, when it moved to Rossville Boulevard. Renamed Atlas Bolt & Supply Inc. in 2015, it broadened its product lines. In 2023, Stephen Stansell became president.

In 2023, Stephen Stansell became president, carrying forward the family’s legacy of growth and innovation.
