Assembly Software was formed in 2019 when Needles and Trialworks came together. It is the maker of Neos, a cloud-based case management platform for personal injury firms, and NeosAI, which brings intelligence into the case file.

Assembly Software was formed in 2019 when Needles and Trialworks came together. Needles originated from PINS, a case management system built in 1985 by Burt Bank and Alan Perlin. Trialworks was founded in 1996 by Robb Steinberg. Today, Assembly Software offers Neos, a cloud-based platform for plaintiff firms, and NeosAI.
