Archa

Archa is a small, independent and non-commercial publishing house seated in Zlin, the Czech Republic. It was established in 1990 on the foundations of the samizdat edition of Kakost, focusing on the works of poet and graphic Bohuslav Reynek. Until 2009, it was an auxiliary offspring of bookselling activity, publishing fiction, poetry and non-fiction focusing on Zlin region authors. In 2009, Archa re-started its publishing activity with planned production of 5-10 titles in architecture, art, and translations of literary works from German-speaking countries. The owner is Pavel Jungmann.
