Aaron's 20+ year career in flavor and aroma began as a Professional Chef, then expanded to sommelier and mixologist. He developed a method for capturing and bottling smells and flavors, creating a library of 'scent memories.' In 2012, Aaron started Alice & the Magician to share his library and create new food and drink experiences. Since then, A&M has evolved into a full-service sensory design studio.
