Abellio Transport Holding B.V., generally branded as Abellio, is a Dutch public transport group owned by Nederlandse Spoorwegen (NS), the Netherlands' national railway company. The group was established in 2004 by EVAG, the city-owned public transport company of Essen, Germany, initially under the name NedRailways.
