WorldBrand.ai is an enterprise brand intelligence platform. This policy covers our public website, Brand Wiki, AEO Intelligence, account and billing surfaces, newsletters, and request-access or sales forms. Brand Wiki editorial pages (about, methodology, sources, and editorial policy) describe how brand records are compiled; they do not replace this policy.

We collect information you provide and information generated when you use the services:

• Account details from sign-in and sign-up, such as name, email address, and authentication identifiers, processed through our identity provider.
• Business contact details when you request access, book a demo, or write to us, including name, work email, job title, company, and the message you send.
• Newsletter email addresses if you subscribe from the blog or similar forms.
• Brand Wiki claim or correction submissions, including the information you send to update a brand record.
• AEO analysis inputs and outputs you choose to run or save, such as brand names, questions, reports, and workspace settings.
• Usage and device data, including pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, browser type, and referral source.

We use this information to:

• Provide, secure, and improve the website and products, including accounts, saved reports, and Brand Wiki claims.
• Run AEO analyses you request and show results in your workspace.
• Respond to access requests, support questions, and sales inquiries.
• Send service messages and, where you have subscribed, product or editorial updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing email.
• Understand aggregate usage, diagnose issues, and protect against abuse.

We do not sell personal information. We share it with service providers who process it on our behalf, and when the law requires. Typical processors include:

• Hosting, content delivery, and application infrastructure.
• Authentication and account management.
• Databases that store accounts, workspaces, reports, and Brand Wiki data.
• Analytics (including Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics) to understand site and product usage.
• Form and email delivery for contact, newsletter, and transactional messages.
• AI model providers, when you run an AEO analysis. Prompts and generated text needed to complete that analysis may be sent to those providers.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are needed to run the site (for example language preference and signed-in sessions) and cookies used for analytics. You can control cookies through your browser. Blocking some cookies may affect sign-in or locale persistence.

We keep account, workspace, and saved-report data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward if needed for security, billing, or legal records. Access-request and newsletter records are kept as long as needed to handle the request or until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregate or for the retention window of the analytics tools we use.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update account details in your profile, unsubscribe from marketing email, or contact us using the address below. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.

The services are intended for business and professional use and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the products change. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the services after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
