Zinsbaustein is a digital platform for real estate investments. It merged with the sustainable crowdinvesting platform WIWIN, and since January 2026, new business is exclusively conducted via WIWIN. Zinsbaustein GmbH has returned its ECSP license and its license as a broker according to 34c/34f GewO. Existing customers retain access to their previous investments via their known customer profile, and Zinsbaustein GmbH continues to manage existing transactions.
