WORK Microwave

WORK Microwave, established in 1986, is a developer and manufacturer of RF electronics and digital signal processing technologies. The company operates in areas including satellite communication, optical ground stations, virtualized solutions, defence electronics, and sensors & measurement. All products are developed and produced in-house.

WORK Microwave was established in 1986, originally focusing on research projects and product design for other industry players, with initial strength in creating clean clock sources. In 1992, the company expanded into design, manufacturing, and distribution of its own product lines for OEM applications. In 1995, defence electronic modules became a specialty. Around 2000, the company launched digital RF solutions. Approaching 2010, WORK Microwave stepped up development in navigation and satcom, creating IP-based technologies and becoming a DVB project member. In 2015, the company operated four divisions: Satellite Technologies, Defence Electronics, Sensors and Measurement, and Navigation Simulators. In 2019, WORK Microwave moved into new 3,500 sqm facilities.
