Wencor is an aviation solutions company that integrates engineering, repair, and distribution. It offers distribution, PMA solutions, MRO services, and defense support. Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with engineering offices in Utah and regional offices in Amsterdam, Singapore, Guangzhou, and Istanbul. Founded in 1955 in Florida.

Wencor was founded in Florida in 1955. In 1970, Kitco Defense was founded in Utah. In 1985, Wencor received its first FAA-PMA approval. In 2011, it acquired Aerospace Coatings International. In 2012, it acquired Soundair Aviation Services and Absolute Aviation Services. In 2015, it relocated its global HQ to Peachtree City, GA and acquired PHS/MWA Aviation Services. In 2017, it acquired Accessory Technologies Corporation and Fortner Engineering & Manufacturing. In 2018, it acquired Silver Wings Aerospace. In 2020, it opened a state-of-the-art innovation facility in Provo, Utah. In 2021, it acquired ASC Industries. In 2022, it continued acquisitions (text truncated).
