Verdagy's gigawatt-scale factory was announced in 2023 and is the first DOE-supported facility to open in the United States. The factory is in Newark, California and features more than 100,000 square feet of manufacturing space with the capacity to produce several gigawatts of electrolyzers. Verdagy will commence shipments from the manufacturing facility in 2025.
