In 2021, Torq landed $50m in funding, secured its first customers, and built the first iteration of its Hyperautomation platform. In 2023, Socrates, an AI SOC Analyst, was born, able to close 90% of Tier-1 tickets autonomously. In 2025, Torq launched HyperSOC 2o, the industry's first AI SOC featuring a Multi-Agent System and native MCP support.
