It also operates a wireless sensor network business (neoMOTE). The company was founded in 1963 and is headquartered in Sagamihara, Kanagawa.
History
Founded in 1963 as Toho Electronics Seisakusho (limited company) by Kawamoto Yoji. In 1970, it became Toho Electronics Co., Ltd. with capital of 2 million yen. Over the years, it expanded with new factories and sales offices, developed various products including temperature controllers and probe cards, and received multiple awards. In 2000, Kawamoto Satoru became president and representative director. In 2014, the head office moved to Hashimoto, Sagamihara. In 2023, the Niigata factory was spun off as Toho Electronics Seisakusho Co., Ltd., and the company celebrated its 60th anniversary.
