TheatreLink is an Australian healthtech company developing operating theatre scheduling software. It is built for Australian private hospitals, providing a live scheduling board that coordinates rooms, staff, and equipment in real time. The software is designed to sit upstream of the hospital's patient administration system (PAS), capturing data at the point of origin and feeding it downstream.

TheatreLink began with an observation from inside the operating theatre: the most valuable, most expensive room in a private hospital was being run on paper rotations, phone calls and email chains. The company set out to give Australian private hospitals a coordination layer that captures every booking, admission and instrument set once, at the source, and keeps the whole theatre team working from the same live picture. The clinical co-founder, with nearly three decades operating in Australian private hospitals, watched the same pattern repeat in every theatre suite.
