Tazmo Co., Ltd. (タツモ株式会社) is a Japanese company established in 1972. It develops and manufactures a wide range of products including semiconductor manufacturing equipment, nanoimprint, FPD manufacturing equipment, clean transfer systems, and precision molds and resin molded products. The company is headquartered in Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture, Japan.

Tazmo Co., Ltd. was established on February 26, 1972, in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture, with capital of 3 million yen, for the purpose of manufacturing electronic equipment parts and repairing equipment. In 1980, the company began manufacturing and selling injection molds and other molds, and developed, manufactured, and sold fully automatic resist coating equipment for semiconductor manufacturing. In 1981, the 'TR5000' series was developed and sold through Tokyo Ohka Kogyo Co., Ltd. In 1983, the 'TR6000' series for 6-inch wafers was developed. In 1989, a joint development contract was signed with Tokyo Ohka Kogyo Co., Ltd., and the 'TR25000' series for LCD color filter manufacturing was developed. In 1990, the head office and plant were moved to Ibara City. In 1993, robots for semiconductor exposure equipment were manufactured and sold. In 1994, embossed carrier tape production and sales began. In 1995, injection molded products began. In 1999, a space-saving 3-link robot was developed. In 2001, the 'CS13' series thick film coater was developed, and 5th generation color filter manufacturing equipment was developed. In 2003, TAZMO INC. was established in California, and Shanghai Longyun Precision Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Shanghai. In 2004, the company was listed on the JASDAQ market. In 2006, 8th generation color filter manufacturing equipment was developed. In 2008, TAZMO VIETNAM CO., LTD. was established in Ho Chi Minh City. In 2009, 10th generation color filter manufacturing equipment was developed.
