Spectro Alloys

EGA Spectro Alloys is an aluminum recycling company based in Minnesota, operating for over 50 years. It transforms post-consumer aluminum scrap into premium alloys for industries such as automotive, power sports, home, turf and snow maintenance. The company is 80 percent owned by Emirates Global Aluminium, the world's largest 'premium aluminum' producer. It offers a range of products including ingots, sows, and billets, sold under the RevivAL brand.

Spectro Alloys began as a small scrapyard in Rosemount, Minnesota in 1973. In 1989, the Palen family purchased Spectro Alloys. Over the years, the company installed advanced sorting systems, a rotary furnace, and a bag house filtration plant. In 2024, Emirates Global Aluminium acquired a majority stake, and in 2025, billet production began in a new facility.
