Solubrae

Solubrae is an alcohol-removed wine brand that produces wines rooted and crafted in California. The brand offers two inaugural releases, Daylight and Sundown, which are alcohol-removed wines developed and produced with the consumer in mind. The brand was co-founded by actress Patricia Heaton and her husband David Hunt, who built Solubrae to provide a full wine experience without the alcohol.

Solubrae was built by Patricia Heaton and her husband David Hunt. Patricia Heaton spent seven years not drinking and missed the ritual of a real glass of wine. She found the alcohol-removed category lacking, so she and David Hunt built Solubrae. The brand sources both wines from California grapes, including Pinot Grigio grown in Sonoma County. The alcohol is removed using a cold-temperature process, resulting in less than 0.5% ABV.
