Solsten was built by Eric Davis, who is also the founder of Nordic Real Estate Services. Davis served three years with the 101st Airborne Division and later worked as an acquisitions analyst at a commercial real estate firm. He built the platform from scratch, channeling his background in commercial valuations and deal analysis into software.
