History
Rossari Biotech Limited was co-founded by Edward Menezes and Sunil Chari in 2003. Initially incorporated as a partnership firm called Rossari Labtech, the name was later changed to Rossari Biotech. The company acquired a 10-acre plot of land in Silvassa, India, and established a large-scale manufacturing facility there. In 2006-08, it received ISO certifications and was awarded 'Corp Excel 2008' National MSME. The firm converted into a Joint Stock Company as Rossari Biotech Limited and diversified into Animal Health and Nutrition (AHN) and Construction Chemicals. In 2009-11, it received the 'Frost and Sullivan Award' and commenced supply of AHN products to Zoetis. In 2013-15, it launched the HPPC division and formed a joint venture with Buzil Werk Wagner.
