Rosinger Group

The Rosinger Group is a long-established international operating conglomerate. Its business is divided into two operational areas: a technical-industrial branch based in Germany, acting as a technology and system house for process engineering and energy technology, and as a licensor for its own process technologies; and a financial-economic branch based in Austria, focusing on private equity investments, own listed and unlisted investments, and highly specialized consulting services. The consulting focus is on stock exchange listings, financial engineering, corporate finance, and strategy. At the Vienna Stock Exchange, group companies of the Austrian branch are active as professional investor, lead manager, capital market coach, direct funding partner, and index owner of the 'Rosinger Index ROSGIX'.

The Rosinger Group is a long-established international operating conglomerate led by Gregor Rosinger since 1985. In 1993, Gregor Rosinger and his wife Yvette Rosinger developed and successfully introduced the 'RMS Regionale Mittelstands Sicherung' approach model, setting new standards in SME financing. In 1999, Gregor Rosinger consolidated essential technical-industrial business areas of his group, known as the Rosinger Group, into a German corporate structure, which from October 1999 also had an Austrian financial-economic branch. This corporate structure still forms the core of the Rosinger Group today. In 2022, the Rosinger Group was awarded the European Special Mention Award by the European Commission, the Federation of European Securities Exchanges, and European Issuers for its outstanding position in stock exchange listings and capital market transactions for small and mid-caps.
