It has major shareholding of 'Prabhu Group and Employees' Provident Fund'. The company provides insurance services through 60 branches/sub-branches across Nepal. Its products include property, marine cargo, agriculture, motor, and house insurance.

Currently, the paid-up capital of the company is above Rs. 1.70 billion. The company has been providing insurance services through its 60 branches/sub-branches all over Nepal.

• Property Insurance

  Covers all kinds of mobile and immobile property having pecuniary value including buildings, plants, machinery, furniture.

• Marine cargo insurance

  Covers cargo losses or damage caused to ships, cargo vessels, terminals.

• Agriculture Insurance

  Provides insurance coverage for various agricultural activities like Livestock, Poultry, Fish, Paddy, Vegetables, and Fruits etc.

• Motor Insurance

  There are two kinds of policies: Third-Party and Comprehensive.

• House Insurance

  Indemnifies the insured against loss or damage to the private dwelling house and household contents by specified perils without extra premium.
