Pink Zebra was founded by individuals who previously worked together in a candle factory. In 1999, they started their own candle business from home with $30,000 in credit card debt. Over the next six years, they built a team that grew into the nation's third-largest candle manufacturer, creating candles for major brands like Pier 1, Bath & Body Works, Better Homes and Gardens, and Mainstays. In 2010, they pivoted to a direct selling model and named the company Pink Zebra to embody the power and uniqueness of women.
